  PHB-KA Convection Preheater Set
 
The most complete solution to preheating large PCBs. Essential for soldering on multilayered boards.
 

Uniform heat distribution with 2 independent heating zones. The heater is protected by high resistance glass. It has 3 adjustable heights and can fit all sizes and shapes of PCBs. 3 preset temperature profiles and 20 more user defined profiles. The Control Thermocouple follows a temperature profile precisely and the auxiliary Thermocouple protects PCB´s components.

  PHS-KB IR Preheater Set
 

This is a complete system for preheating multilayer PCBs by applying infrared. It is ideal for repetitive jobs since the system is able to run a specific temperature profile without the need of a thermocouple. JBC offers you 3 predefined temperature profiles and 10 more to personalize. Using the console you can select the mode of operation: by power or by temperature. The Heater Unit works with 1 or 2 heating zones and the PCB Support has 3 adjustable heights.

  FAE2-5A Fume Extractor
   

The FAE is the most efficient solution to avoid exposure to solder fumes. It optimizes fume extraction operating only when needed. The extractor starts up only when soldering. This function saves power and the life of the equipment as well as the filter. Thanks to a vacuum system integrated into the stand, the system also detects when the tool is at rest and automatically absorbs the fumes. It can be used simultaneously in two work areas and has 4 working modes depending on requirements. It can be controlled via JBC stations, a pedal, a robotic system or a PC. It has 3 predefined levels of aspiration: low, medium and high, and a custom mode with which you can set the airflow within the low (10%) and max rates (100%).

  JNASE-2A – Nano Hot Air Station
   

This is the smallest hot air station in the market. It is perfect for reworking SMD components on surfaces with minimal separation. It allows easy reworking of ultra-miniature SMD components (01005) under the microscope. It enables flow regulation of temperatures and air at very low levels in order to avoid the expulsion/movement of adjoining components. JBC offers three cartridge sizes with outlet diameters of 0.8, 1 and 1.2 mm, which are easily interchangeable. The station includes a Pick & Place activated by pedal to position and remove components with high precision.

 

     
     
     
     
  SRWS-2SB – SMD Rework Station
   

The JTSE is a high powered hot air Station capable of reworking all types of SMDs. The combination of the exclusive JBC hot air system with protectors, tripods and extractors ensures desoldering components easily and safety, concentrating the heat on the selected component. Connecting an external thermocouple provides a high-precise close-loop control of the component/PCB during the rework process or can also be used to protect a component or a specific area of the PCB. As all the JBC Stations, the JTSE has a menu with more than 10 parameters to customise the control unit. The Rework Arm comes with different articulations which are allowing height adjustment and work position adjustment to suit the operator`s needs. The tool holder allows inclination and rotation adjustment. Both vertical axis and tool holder articulation are scaled, which is helpful in repetitive soldering tasks. The Hose Clamp holds the Heater Hose away from the work area to keep it clear of obstacles. Complete system for preheating multilayer PCBs and ideal for repetitive soldering jobs. It comes with a close loop thermocouple controlled Infrared Preheater Unit and with a PCB Support. The Infrared Preheater PHSE is used as a secondary heat source to reduce the amount of heat supplied by the main soldering tool, reducing thermal shock to components and PCBs. The PCB Support PHS-S is perfectly adapted to any type of PCBs by means of its many adjustable parts and its 3 adjustable clearance positions 28, 50 or 70 mm (1.1, 2 or 2.8 in).

 

     
  DDPE-2QB – Two Tools Precision Rework Station
   

DDPE Precision Rework Station is a perfect solution for fast and precise SMD rework of chip components and small outline ICs. The DDE Control Unit manages up to 2 tools simultaneously and is fully compatible with 10 different JBC tools. Check below the complete list of compatible tools. This rework station comes with the T210 Precision Purpose Handle and the AM120 Adjustable Micro Tweezers. The short distance tip-to-grip of both tools provides the highest precision handling even under microscope. The Precision Handle T210 work with C210 cartridges and the AM120 with C120 cartridges whose exceptional thinness allows reworking components on heavily populated PCBAs without disturbing nearby components.

  HDE-2D – Heavy Duty Soldering Station
   

The HDE station is the most powerful soldering unit of the JBC range. It works with the JBC Most Efficient Soldering System and the intelligent Sleep & Hibernation modes. This station comes with the comfortable T470-FA Handle and it is only compatible with C470 Cartridges. It is also available a Heavy Duty Tweezers Set KHT470A that provides twice the power of the T470 Handle (it requires 2 HDE-U Control Units).

  HDE-2KD – Heavy Duy Tweezer Station
   

The HDE-KD tweezers station has been designed to reduce the soldering time in applications that require a large amount of heat. Some examples of applications are: coaxial cable shields soldering in telecommunication antennas, soldering of large copper conductors in medical imaging scanners, battery terminals, large-size capacitors, etc. It works with the JBC Most Efficient Soldering System and the intelligent Sleep & Hibernation Modes. This station comes with 2 HDE-U Control Units, the most powerful soldering unit in the JBC range.   AL-2A – Auto Feed Soldering Station
   

AL station works with the comfortable AL250 Auto-Feed Iron and C250 cartridges. It is the ideal solution for soldering processes requiring a free hand. With a single press of a button, the tool automatically feeds the precise amount of solder programmed in the station. This feature makes the AL the perfect tool when solder amount consistency is required across repetitive solder joints. It provides the best soldering quality thanks to JBC Most Efficient Soldering System and additionally Sleep & Hibernation modes help to extend life of tips.

  SF-210VB – Automatic Solder Feeder Station
   

This Solder Feeder allows you to feed solder wire automatically from any position. You can easily configure parameters such as dispensed wire speed and length. You can also monitor the solder consumption thanks to integrated counters. 3 working modes: Continuous, discontinuous and program mode. In each program you can configure up to 3 steps with different dispensed wire length and speed. Up to 35 programs can be executed, cyclically programmable.
Solder Wire Perforation: The solder feeder features a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and outgassing and avoids solder and flux splashing when soldering The SF includes the ergonomic SF280-A Solder Feed Handle and the Ø 1 mm GSF10V Guide Set. Compatible Guide Sets are also without Solder Wire Perforation available.

The WS is specially designed for stripping high-temperature wire insulations til 800 ºC / 1470 ºF made of thermostable materials such as teflon*, kapton*, silicone rubber, etc, from 36 to 18 AWG (0,127 to 1,020 mm)

HA470A-5B Soldering Head
The NEW Soldering Unit HA makes available to the Electronic Industry the first selective soldering solution featuring Automatic Cartridge Exchange.JBC offers 2 different versions, the HA245 for General Soldering and the HA470 for intensive Heavy Duty Soldering. The New Automatic Tools TRA, in combination with the Cartridge Stands CS2R, feature automatic cartridge exchange which allows the soldering robot using different tip geometries to get the Highest Soldering Quality and automatically changing the cartridge when the one being used wears out. The Solder Feeder SFR, assembled on the RBA Soldering Head, includes solder wire perforation function, allowing flux flow and outgassing to minimize solder splashing. The Tip Cleaner CLMR with its 50 mm (1.97") diameter brushes thoroughly clean the soldering tip in just 1 second increasing its heat transfer capacity.

TRA470-B Soldering Iron

These Soldering Irons are controlled by the UCR Control Box and can be used in conjunction with the new developed Cartridges R245 or R470 with their precise positioning system. The TRA mechanism is actuated by compressed air and this allows a fast and automatic cartridges exchange when cartridges worn out or when in the same soldering process different cartridge geometries are used. It can be used in combination with the Soldering Head RBA and the Automatic Cartridge Stand CS2R.

CS2R470-B – Automatic Cartridge Changer Stand

These Cartridge Stands are designed to be used in combination with the new Cartridges R245 or R470. The Cartridges Stand mechanism works with compressed air to fix and release the cartridges automatically. In order to facilitate the automatic cartridges fixation and release, the position of the Stand can be adjusted by pivoting up to 35° in both directions and can therefore be optimally adapted to the working position. It can be combined with the Automatic Soldering Iron TRA and the Control Box UCR.

SFR-B Automatic Solder Feeder

The SFR is designed for automatic solder wire transportation and is controlled by a PC/PLC. Control parameters such as wire length and dispensing speed are customizable. It features a wire detector sensor and in case of any transport error the system informs with "blocked up" or "consumed". The Automatic Solder Feeder is compatible with several solder wire Guide Kits GSFR, these are available for different wire diameters and with or w/o Solder Wire Perforation.
